Vintage Sterling Silver 925 Herringbone chain V or Y shaped Necklace - Italy CZ’s / Clear Stones and Tear Drop Opal Gemstone

This necklace is really beautiful! The chain style is like a small herringbone end it ends in the shape of a V with a dangling teardrop opal at the bottom. There are several white/clear stones likely CZ but I am not positive. The necklace appears as though it could’ve at one point long ago been a gold Vermeil but there is hardly any remanent it could just be a heavy patina. Please see photos. The wearable length is approximately 15.75 inches long. This is a great necklace to where casually or at a cocktail - Holiday party!! The Opal shines really beautifully And has lots of fire.
