Vintage Heart Rose Pendant Genuine peridot and Diamond Necklace Chain

This is the very unique Pendant, it is a heart shape goldtone metal with a mirrored silver face and a rose gold color rose, the leaves of the rose are genuine Peridot and Gemstones and in the center is a very small genuine diamond. I am not certain of the metal content but it is in good shape. The back of the heart says this# My little girl yesterday, my friend today, my daughter forever”. There is also a signature/makers Mark but I do not recognize it. Please see photos for approximate measurements and further details. The chain is sterling silver tutone silver and gold.
