Vintage antique Mexican ring sterling silver biker Mexico City rare unusual eagle Aztec size 8 red stone or glass.

Really neat and unusual Mexican ring. I’m not sure whether the red is gemstone such as Carnelian or glass or some other type of bake a light etc. The top of the ring has a Eagle And an Eagles nest, lots of cool detail. From what I understand this ring is probably from the 40s or 50s. Has the Eagle with the one inside it which indicates Mexico City and I cannot make out the rest of the words unfortunately.
