Victorian gold pocket watch necklace FOB slide pendant gemstones antique True beauty 49 inches long Seed pearl

This is really a stunning piece it is very well-maintained for its age and is a heavy gold fill! There are three little tiny gemstones not sure if they are real or synthetic but it looks like Ruby, pearl and Blue sapphire. This measures between 49 and 50 inches in length so could be doubled up if desired. My research shows that this was likely from late 1800s.
