Antique- Vintage 14kt Cameo Pendant / Brooch Mother & Child Italy 14 karat Yellow Gold Necklace Gift of Love

Beautiful Italian cameo pendant. the necklace is 14 karat, yellow, gold and some type of stone? I have seen others very similar say they are a blue agate, but I am not positive. the pendant is a good size, please see the photos for reference. Without the bail dependent is approximately 35 mm and with the bail it is approximately 38 mm with being approximately 24 mm. the back is stamped/signed 14 KT Italy as well as an illegible word, probably the maker, and also followed by a star. The letters star 671 NA. gorgeous necklace, it depicts a mother and child. I am including a nice gold tone chain with this.
