Beautiful vintage genuine diamonds heart pendant 14 karat yellow gold between .80 and 1 carat TCW. 14kt kt Necklace and Chain. I’m not sure of exact carat weight on this but each diamond measures approximately 2.20 through 2.5 at the largest. 20 diamonds. I am including a sterling silver chain with gold overlay for free.
