Vintage antique shell cameo sterling silver pendant necklace brooch 925.
Stunning pendant for a necklace the bell flips up or down depending on whether you are wearing it as a necklace or as a brooch. There is a gold braided rope that surrounds the bezel could be 14 K unmarked so I’m not sure. The back is signed 925. Very nice quality cameo.
