Vintage Cowboy Hat w Feather earrings Artisan Made Southwestern-Western Unique!!
These earrings are very cool, I am not sure what they are made of but they are signed by the artist I cannot tell what the signature says but I can see at the end it says 92 I am assuming it means they were made in 1992.
