Antique Victorian Italian 800 silver floral - Rosas picture frame Very old

Please see photos for approximate measurements. It is small but not miniature, it’s about 4.5 inches tall. Each one of the prongs that hold the picture frame in is signed 800. I have not tried to clean this room up at all it would probably look really nice cleaned up.
