Antique art deco huge amethyst art glass ring sterling silver and gold With purple and clear CZ’s/rhinestones Very unique -unusual size 7

This is a very unusual ring I have not taken it to a jeweler so I cannot tell you the original story on it.
The band is strange the lower half of the band is silver and signed 925 as well as a Hallmark. The upper half of the band is gold as is the bezel and ring itself and I do not know if this is a low karat gold or a heavy gold plate or fill the gold portion is not marked I am pretty sure all the stones are glass And or czs. They are not diamonds per my diamond tester but they do look like diamonds. High quality Solid and well-made ring it is super unusual the way that the lower half is sterling. You will get compliments galore if you wear this ring out, it is stunning!
