Each element is crafted from layered pierced brass with non-foiled faceted rhinestones set into open-back metal cups — allowing natural light reflection without foil degradation. The matching 2.25-inch domed medallions are affixed to a royal blue velvet sash that was hand-sewn into slotted brass fittings — not glued.
